Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Kathmandu-based, with occasional travels outside the valley

Salary: NPR10,000 – 12,000/month base pay + commission & allowances

Requirements: Own vehicle & laptop

Commitment: Part-time ~20–25 hours/week (flexible working hours) with potential to grow to a full-time role

Start from: Asoj 2082/mid-August 2025, 3 months probation

About Duluwa Outdoors:

At Duluwa Outdoors, we design and lead outdoor trips across Nepal, with a strong focus on community, experience, and responsible travel - all led by women!

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our core team! This person will support our growing operations by managing logistics for our trips and coordinating across various stakeholders – from travelers to vendors. You’ll also directly assist our Head of Business Development in handling business admin and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the smooth execution of outdoor trips and events
Manage logistics (transport, accommodation, gear, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors, guides, and partners
Maintain records and handle basic admin tasks
Support the team in customer communication before and during trips
Ensure all operational details are handled efficiently and on time

What We’re Looking For:

Strong coordination and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with admin work and basic documentation
Willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends/travel days
Trekking Guide License, City Tour Guide License, or relevant travel experience is a plus
A love for travel and the outdoors is a must!
