Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team member at Square hotel, located in Kathmandu. The Sales Team member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires active engagement with potential clients, attending and organizing sales meetings, and staying updated with the latest hotel offerings and promotions to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Engagement
- Market Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
