Job Title: Mid-to-Senior Level Business Analyst (Banking & Financial Domain)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 4–6 years
Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate will independently lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of functional requirements across key areas such as customer onboarding, deposit/lending operations, compliance (KYC/AML), transaction processing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document banking workflows and regulatory requirements
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, and mockups
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and development teams
- Ensure regulatory alignment (NRB, AML, IFRS, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business, or IT
- 4–6 years of BA experience in banking or financial software projects
- Strong knowledge of retail banking, lending, accounting, and compliance
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
