Job Description
A leading Healthcare Company is looking for Finance Manager.
Objective
To ensure financial health through budget control, accurate accounting, and transparent reporting.
Responsibilities
- Set and manage the annual budget, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-control mechanisms.
- Identify financial resources and devise strategies for capital growth and funding optimization.
- Ensure accurate billing and collections, and oversee vendor payments to maintain cash flow.
- Supervise internal audit processes and ensure statutory compliance, including TDS and VAT regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA/ACCA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting
- 4+ years in healthcare or service-sector finance
- Knowledge of Nepal accounting standards and ERP software
