Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage OTA pricing strategies and develop strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. This role focuses on revenue optimization, distribution management, and client acquisition to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize pricing and inventory across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure competitiveness and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, corporate rates, and commission structures in alignment with revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to adjust strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to improve sales and pricing effectiveness.
- Participate in travel trade shows, client meetings, and networking events to promote the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or revenue management within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), GDS systems, and corporate travel procurement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in pricing, yield management, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
