Role

We are inviting applications for the position of Operations Manager, tasked with the oversight of daily operations ensuring efficiency, enhanced team output, and superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement operational strategies and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance in real estate transaction processes.
  • Coordinate between sales teams and support departments, optimizing customer service workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance IT systems and digital tools, monitor KPIs, and prepare operational performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and effective vendor and procurement management.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate transaction processes, excellent leadership, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Property Base and Rex.
  • Exceptional organizational aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Chinese industry and culture is advantageous.
