Job Description
Responsibilities
- Good understanding and hands-on working experience on NodeJS, JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, GraphQL and MongoDB
- Experience working on Typescript, and AWS/Azure.
- Collaborate closely with a focused Engineering team to design, develop, and scale complex applications.
- Contribute to new development initiatives from the ground up, architecting and implementing scalable backend services.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Serve as the technical representative during production deployments, ensuring smooth and successful releases.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
- Design and implement API interfaces to interact with backend.
- Ensure software solutions are developed according to specifications and design standards.
- Actively contribute to architectural discussions and software development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 6 or more years of demonstrable success building services that leverage node.js JavaScript, OOP, and Functional programming
- Experienced building & consuming restful APIs, microservices and event-driven apps
- Unit testing, End to end testing, performance test (Junit, selenium or similar)
- Proficient with using CI/CD, Git, architecture design tools
- Strong proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Good understanding of resiliency patterns, developing scalable application
