Design, build, and enhance social media presence for our brand and clients by creating high-conversion, data-driven campaigns that engage and convert.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with clients’ business goals, focusing on measurable KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Implement best practices in performance marketing, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Meta ads, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
Foster client relationships by regularly presenting performance data, discussing campaign optimization strategies, and ensuring campaign objectives are met.
Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including marketing email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and landing page optimization, working with teams to optimize the user experience.
Create high-quality promotional content and copy for social media, websites, blogs, emails, and other digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Brainstorm and develop innovative performance marketing strategies to drive growth, stay ahead of trends, and adopt new platforms and techniques (e.g., TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and influencer collaborations).
Collaborate with the finance team on billing, contract renewals, and budget adjustments, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Report on all marketing efforts, presenting insights and action plans to stakeholders and clients regularly
Job Specification
Education Level: Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required: More than 3 years
Other Specification
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign optimization, with a track record of successful results.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills across various platforms, including social media, email, blogs, and display ads.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on building strong, long lasting relationships.
• Hands-on experience with landing page optimization, user funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) with Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing with a results driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and marketing performance metrics, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, including AI tools for automation, voice search, and video marketing.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
