Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for IDP.
You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (in house)
• Must have hands-on experience in advanced digital marketing and performance marketing- Meta and Google
• Lead funnel management
• Manage social media presence and content strategy to engage Gen Z and student audiences.
• Digital Media Planning & Buying
• Monitor analytics and KPIs to evaluate ROl and improve campaign effectiveness
Brand Marketing (ATL & BTL)
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across
ATL and BTL.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with IDP's global brand standards
• Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders for effective roll-outs.
Event Marketing
• Lead planning and promotion of student engagement events
• Drive footfall through targeted offline and online campaigns for the event
Essential requirements (skills, knowledge, experience & qualification (s) :
• Graduate degree from a reputed Institute; Marketing degree is preferred
• 7+ years' strong marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• High confidence, enterprising, and high energy are required
