This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Purchase Officer - Cars, located in Kathmandu. The Senior Purchase Officer will be responsible for managing the purchasing processes, handling purchase orders and requisitions, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data to improve procurement strategies and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience with Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation
- Proficient Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
