Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow client relationships, particularly with Nepali corporate clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle campaign execution, strategy coordination, and communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. The right candidate should be familiar with digital marketing tools, metrics, and content creation, and be able to manage increasing workloads with efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Understand client needs and create tailored digital marketing strategies, including content planning and paid media initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with creative, media, content, and technical teams.
  • Monitor key digital performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rate) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Liaise effectively between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.
  • Provide input on creative concepts and content strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Troubleshoot challenges during campaign execution and provide proactive solutions.
  • Handle multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with clients and vendors as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing roles within a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with corporate clients in Nepal is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with paid media tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Ability to contribute to content ideation and creation processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Creative mindset and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and a dynamic workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Familiarity with creative and media workflow tools such as Trello, Powerpoint, excel, notion etc.
  • Knowledge of current digital trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in executing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other major digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights, or similar platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads).
