Job Description

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases.

Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy Laravel applications and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance and resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirement

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
Proficient in the Laravel framework and PHP programming language.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Livewire and Filament.
Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Demonstrates both strong team working abilities and the ability to work independently.
Experience with Docker for containerized application development and deployment.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Gitlab.
Ability to work in an agile development environment and meet project deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
