Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Australia Counselor to guide students through their study-abroad journey—from course selection and application to pre-departure and post-arrival support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on Australian universities, vocational pathways, and education systems.
• Assist with applications, SOPs, scholarships, and visa requirements.
• Stay current with Australian immigration updates and post-study work rights.
• Conduct pre-departure sessions on accommodation, work rules, and cultural adjustment.
• Coordinate with Australian institutions for smooth admissions.
• Build strong, transparent relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream; Education/Counseling/Management preferred).
• Experience in counseling or education support is preferred but not required.
• Quick learners with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken & written).
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
