Job Description
The Enrollment and Outreach Officer plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and public relations efforts of Prime Education Group. This role involves directly engaging with prospective students and their families, providing admissions counseling, and managing inquiries.
As the first point of contact, the Enrollment and Outreach Officer ensures prospective students are well-informed and supported throughout the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents/guardians, offering clear and accurate information about Prime Education Group’s institutions and programs.
• Guide students through the admissions process for preschool through Grade VIII, +2, undergraduate, and graduate programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and families to support timely application submission and decision-making.
• Actively pursue admissions leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of inquiries and leads, with timely and personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing and outreach team to track and manage lead conversions.
• Assist with marketing efforts across digital media, print, and events to boost visibility and student enrollment.
• Contribute ideas for promotional strategies and outreach initiatives to attract new students.
• Help coordinate open houses, school and college tours, education fairs, and other outreach events.
• Represent Prime Education Group at education fairs, events, and conferences.
• Respond to inquiries regarding programs, tuition, scholarships, faculty, facilities, and extracurricular activities across all institutions.
• Coordinate with the public relations team to maintain a consistent presence in local media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with academic teams at Prime College, Prime Global School, and USM–PRIME to stay informed about admissions criteria and timelines.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate messaging by coordinating with internal departments.
• Help prepare reports on lead generation, conversion performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor admissions trends and offer insights to strengthen recruitment strategies.

Job Specification
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and families.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
