Role Description

The primary focus of this role (Business Development Associate) will be conducting ABM 

outreach campaigns and responding to inbound sales queries, to convert them into ongoing 

projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify market 

opportunities and better outreach strategies.  


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the technology industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. 
  • Knowledge of the technology market and various tech stack is a plus.



Key Responsibilities


Lead Conversion: Respond promptly and professionally to MQLs and SQLs through 

various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media. Engage with 

potential customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and convert 

leads into sales bookings. 

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product mix, and the 

technology industry. Be able to confidently communicate this information to potential 

clients and develop thought leadership.  

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 

Collaborate with them to identify opportunities for upselling and solving their technical 

challenges.  

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive global-based market research to identify potential market 

opportunities and better outreach strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor 

messagings, website analysis, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations. 

Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals, including intro decks, 

presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts. Collaborate with the 

marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns. 

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer 

interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Generate 

regular reports on sales performance and market research findings. 

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and clinics regarding product 

satisfaction, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Relay this information to the 

appropriate teams. 

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
