Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, AI/ML specialists, and automation experts.
- Align engineering initiatives with business goals through close collaboration with product and leadership teams.
- Design, review, and scale modern software systems using AI and cloud-native approaches.
- Drive the development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-first architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ensure engineering best practices across code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Integrate and oversee MLOps frameworks, data pipelines, and intelligent automation tools.
- Promote Agile methodologies, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and modern DevOps practices.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and practical experience deploying intelligent systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful API development and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and system integrations.
- Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum-based teams and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath or Power Automate.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of ML pipelines, data engineering workflows, and orchestration tools.
