Qualification

· Semi qualified from ICAN/ICAI/ACCA OR

· MBA/MBS

Experience

· Experience in Manufacturing or trading company is preferred.

· At least 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in the accounts/finance department.

Job Description

1. Financial Reporting including daily, monthly, quarterly reporting of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flows.

2. Assist in preparing and executing the budgetary system including periodic reporting of actual vs budgeted expenses.

3. Oversee daily cash flow operation.

4. Ensure timely delivery of project as per the agreement.

5. Review salary sheet and tax compliance.

6. Tracking LC/DAA due dates and ensure proper planning to settle on time.

7. Tracking every purchase order with the delivery status.

8. Conduct internal and external audits.

9. Communicate with vendors, customers, bank, agents, and forwarders for smooth execution of operation.

10. Ensure timely filing of returns as per Income tax act, Companies Act and other applicable law.

11. Supervise finance team.

Skills

· Fluent Nepali, Hindi and English.

· Ability to work under pressure and solve every problem.
