Job Title: Administrative Compliance Associate
Organization: ITsutra, Inc.
Location: Kuleshwor, Kathmandu (Onsite)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a week)
Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone) – 7:15 PM to 4:15 AM
Salary Range: NPR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (Based on experience & qualification)
Job Summary
As an Administrative Compliance Associate, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of immigration documentation, payroll compliance records, and internal audit support. You will collaborate closely with our US-based Compliance Associate to ensure that all filings are accurate, deadlines are met, and regulatory standards are upheld. Your precision and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Immigration Documentation:
- Maintain and organize case files for H-1B visas, Green Cards, OPTs, and related categories.
- Liaise with external legal counsel to monitor filing timelines and ensure timely submissions.
Payroll & Tax Compliance:
- Prepare, update, and audit compliance records for payroll and tax reporting.
- Verify accuracy of compensation documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
Recordkeeping & Archival:
- Ensure all consultant and employee records are current, properly filed, and securely archived.
- Implement and enforce document retention protocols.
Deadline Management:
- Track critical compliance deadlines; proactively identify and address missing or incomplete documentation.
- Escalate risks or delays to management with clear recommendations.
Internal Audit Support:
- Assist with compliance audits; respond promptly to audit inquiries and findings.
- Prepare executive summaries and detailed reports for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to collect, verify, and reconcile required documentation.
- Communicate with government agencies and external partners to facilitate regulatory filings.
Requirements:
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with an LLB degree.
- 2+ years of compliance, administrative, or immigration support, preferably within a US educational consultancy environment
- Demonstrated success in managing US-based regulatory or visa processes
