Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and timely process commission payments for brokers, agents and sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update commission schedules, reports, and databases.
  • Review and validate sales data to ensure accuracy in commission calculations.
  • Reconcile commission payments with sales records and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain detailed commission reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure commission policies are adhered to.
  • Handle commission-related inquiries and provide support to the brokers and sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate and organized commission records and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA Finalist or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commission accounting, data handling, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in working with Microsoft Office Tools – Outlook, Teams, Power BI etc. is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of commission structures and sales compensation plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate industry and mortgage loan orientation system is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data validation tools).
