Job Description

A. Job Purpose:

• Supervise the staff works and advise them.

• SAP related Works.

• Spare parts & electrical store handling 


B. Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

1. Inventory

• Manage the items – storage, handling, transportation and usage.

• Generate the report of inventory status.

• Manage the warehouse-make arrangement for storage incoming materials, allocated the warehouse.

• Maintain the hygiene inside the warehouse.

• Stock verification periodically.

• Monitor the movement for scraps and maintain records.


2. Scrap Management.

• Call and inform the vendor to collect the scrap to be sold.

• Make gate pass and receive approval from HOD and management, receive weight slip and inform the details to sales department.

• Inform accounts departments about payment and scrap sales related matter.

• Look after the garbage that cannot be sold, co-ordinate with Municipal waste collection to collect the garbage.

• Posting the related documents to create the invoices to concern depart.


3. Miscellaneous Responsibility 

• Follow up the PO/PR for approval of VP/MD

• Make necessary arrangement for sales of scrap.

• Audit assistance quarterly/half Yearly/annually.

• Daily Purchase of required materials.


C. Report to HOD:

1. Local purchased item details.

2. Monthly unloading report to contractor via HOD.

3. Summary of Daily purchased invoices.

4. Details of issued materials for concerned department.


D. Qualification:

• Bachelor in management (BBA/ BBS/ BBM) Completed


E. Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
