Job Description
Sales and Admin officer for E.Store Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Generating Leads, finding new customers
- Understanding the products and their specifications.
- Accept orders from calls, WhatsApp and website portal and process the order.
- Edit and update content on websites, sales platforms and social media.
- Recording sales and purchases and updating MIS.
- Tracking payments and follow ups.
- Maintaining account controls by following policies and procedures.
- Understanding tax and sales related issues and solving.
- Preparing documents for audit.
- Stock maintenance and sales follow up.
Qualifications
- Must have completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, Engineering, or computer science.
- 1 Years of working experience in e-commerce, accounts, sales, or Engineering projects is preferred
- Should possess good numerical and Communication skills
- Must have good Excel skills, MS Word, Typing, and any MIS software.
- Must have Knowledge of the Procurement system in Nepal and Taxation.
- Should be self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong analytical, Organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a citizen of Nepal with a Citizenship certificate.
Notes:
- Training will be provided to new prospective employee upon hiring.
- Salary and gratuity will be paid based on the performance and level of knowledge
- Having a bike or scooter and driving license is preferred.
Qualivikeor scooter and driving license is preferred.
