Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Ilam with some work from home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of hospitality and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, implementing operational policies, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes to ensure guest satisfaction.
