Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu. The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, assessing financial risks, implementing internal controls, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The role involves conducting regular audits, evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, preparing audit reports, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA with 7-8 years of experience in Audit
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Risk Management abilities
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Expertise in Internal Controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is a plus
