To support the smooth and timely settlement of approved home loans through accurate document handling, client communication, and lender coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review lender loan documents post-approval for client execution
- Track and manage settlement milestones using internal CRM systems
- Liaise with clients to explain settlement documentation and outstanding items
- Communicate with lenders to confirm booking, readiness, and discharge coordination
- Support internal teams (Loan Processing, Credit Analyst, Concierge) with settlement-related updates
- Escalate urgent issues to Team Lead for resolution
- Maintain accurate logs and notes in CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
Skills and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in financial services or mortgage support preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using spreadsheets and workflow tools
- Customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
