Position: Service Manager – 2-Wheeler EV Scooter
Location: Kathmandu
Department: Service & Maintenance
Reports To: Service Director/General Manager
Role Overview:
The Service Manager will oversee service operations for the company’s electric two-wheeler (EV scooter) segment. Responsibilities include managing daily service activities, ensuring quality maintenance and repairs, leading a team of technicians, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service Operations: Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for timely and efficient EV scooter servicing. Maintain high service quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate service technicians. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a customer-focused work culture.
• Customer Management: Address service issues, resolve complaints, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Provide technical support as needed.
• Process & Compliance: Implement service protocols, stay updated on EV trends, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage tools, parts, and equipment. Work with procurement to ensure stock levels and cost-effective resource use.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain service records, generate performance reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and external vendors to align service operations with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of service management experience in the automotive/two-wheeler industry.
• Leadership experience in managing a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in service management software and MS Office.
