Job Description
Responsibilities
- System operation and maintenance: daily operation and maintenance of existing systems, customer training, etc.
- Equipment operation and maintenance: operation and maintenance of IT equipment such as servers, load balancing, routers, switches;
- Demand communication: Communicate and transmit daily needs of customers.
- Project implementation: Basic update, deployment, and verification of system functions on the system side. Third-party interface integration and docking, system joint debugging, operation training, etc.
- Cooperate with project team members to operate the system and organize documents, etc.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Good Temperament
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering / Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Webservice system,
- Familiar with Linux systems, common databases, strong and weak current knowledge, understanding of network technology, firewall knowledge, etc.
- Familiarity with smart meters and communication knowledge preferred.
