Inside Sales Executives:
As an inside Sales executives, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging
with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your focus will be on promoting our
services, securing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new clients via phone and email to explain our offerings and schedule meetings for closing sales.
- Deliver quotes to new clients and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
- Grow company revenues by actively pursuing and converting new leads received each month.
- Re-engage inactive clients to explore renewed business opportunities.
- Conduct online demos for prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Build relationships with software provider account managers to maintain a steady flow of new leads.
- Utilize marketing skills to generate leads and maintain visibility through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and competitors to
adjust pricing strategies and stay competitive.
- Log and track all activities in CRM software, ensuring accurate
reporting and visibility of progress.
- Maintain sales volume and client satisfaction by keeping up with
supply and demand trends.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to the company’s
success.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and proactively meet targets.
- Detail-oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all interactions and reporting.
- Strong communication skills: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Relationship building: Capable of fostering long-term relationships with clients and

- Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM software, online demo tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Proficiency in productivity tools: Experience with Gmail, Google Suite, and Microsoft
- Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Remote Work Capability: Must have a reliable home office setup with a disturbance-free
- environment and stable internet connectivity.

- Experience in US inside sales, with a focus on small businesses, CPA and accounting
- firms.
