Job Description
Hotel Tibet is a renowned hotel that takes pride in offering authentic Tibetan hospitality with the 55 keys and 3 food and beverage outlets. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Executive.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating , directing and monitoring all the food and beverage activities in multiple outlets of the property.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development.
- Managing daily food and beverage operations.
- Assisting with marketing events and coordinate with the event organizer to host successful events and functions.
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies.
- Adhere to effective security and financial procedures including opening, closing, month-end inventory, and cost monitoring.
- Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
- Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
- Training, and managing food and beverage staff.
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
Qualification
- Graduate in Hotel Management or any other relevant background with sound education and proven track record in hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverage operations.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
