Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the HR functions related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance within an IT environment. This role supports the company's growth and organizational goals by ensuring a productive work environment, efficient hiring processes, and strategic HR practices that align with the unique needs of a technology-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top IT talent.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement and coordinate engagement initiatives to foster employee motivation, morale, and retention.
- Handle employee grievances, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Support the performance evaluation process by coordinating reviews, providing feedback to managers, and facilitating employee development plans.
- Assist in the creation of performance metrics specific to IT roles to align with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, employee files, and other compliance documents.
- Identify training needs for staff and coordinate relevant training sessions, especially for IT skills development.
- Support career development programs and pathways for employees, aligning with the company's tech-driven growth strategy.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports related to recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement, providing insights for decision-making.
- Track and report on key HR KPIs to HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, preferably within an IT or tech environment.
- Solid understanding of IT job roles and familiarity with technical recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
