Office Time: 7 am- 4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals for the services offered.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies relevant to the company's product.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and deal closure activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs to leadership.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market feedback and data insights.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1 - 3 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Key Skills:


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications:
