Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals for the services offered.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies relevant to the company's product.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and deal closure activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to identify partnership opportunities.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and pipeline management.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs to leadership.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on market feedback and data insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1 - 3 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Focused and goal-oriented
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.
