Job Description
A company of F1Soft Group is looking for a dynamic and qualified candidate for the position of New Supply Officer.
Key responsibilities
• Identify potential driver acquisition channels and develop strategies to attract new drivers.
• Plan driver recruitment campaigns, including online and offline marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling driver recruitment materials.
• Conduct outreach and engage with potential driver candidates through various communication channels.
• Screen/Monitor and onboard new drivers ensuring they meet company standards and requirements.
• Implement strategies to increase driver retention and engagement.
• Provide support and information to new drivers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain a database of driver information, tracking their progress through the onboarding process.
• Analyze driver acquisition data and provide regular reports to management on performance and trends.
• Work closely with the marketplace operations team to ensure a balanced supply and demand ratio.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies in driver acquisition and retention.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in driver acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role within the ridesharing or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with driver onboarding processes and requirements in the ridesharing industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed recruitment target.
