As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team, oversee business operations, and drive our growth forward.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a preference for experience in the food industry. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to handle pressure, and possess a flexible, goal-oriented mindset. Your role will involve managing marketing, production, and sales while ensuring smooth operational flow and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee and streamline daily operations across all departments, including production, sales, and marketing. Ensure efficient and effective execution of processes and procedures. Implement time management among employees.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and accounting tasks. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.

- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Production Oversight: Supervise the production process to ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards. Implement improvements and optimize production efficiency.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and develop strategic plans. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and market trends to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with a preference for experience in the food industry or a related field.

- Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software and financial management tools. Excellent finance and accounting knowledge.

- Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure effectively, and adapt to changing conditions. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate employees to achieve company goals and objectives
