Role Description

The Sales role at Digital Network Solutions (DNS) is open to both Entry level and mid-level professionals. Join us as we continue to grow and expand our operations. You will be a vital part of our team as we serve our clients' needs in a full-time, on-site capacity in Kathmandu. Your daily responsibilities will include communicating with clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets.



Requirements (Fresher and Trainee)

· Carry out cold calls and schedule meetings with customers to generate leads and opportunities.

· Prepare Go To Market (GTM) strategies for all the products/solutions under responsibility. 

· Understand the customer’s requirements properly, engage pre-sales team and pitch/propose accordingly.

· Keep track of all the opportunities in regular basis and plan for next steps on timely manner.

· Update the progress in CRM regularly.

· Update the opportunities progress to Sales Manager and also to OEM’s. 

· Maintain relationships with customers and OEM’s for future repeat businesses.

· Chase the sales targets and work efficiently to achieve the same.

· Follow tender documentation process properly and work on advance to avoid any last minute errors. 

· After sales, coordinate with backend team to ensure the timely delivery of the goods to the customers.

· Ensure that the project is neatly handled by PMO and technical team.

· Follow properly the sales processes and take approvals wherever needed.



Requirement (Senior Sales Officer)

• Develop and build sales business plans, strategies, and forecasts.

• Set sales target numbers of entire company and chase to achieve within the timeline.

• Pitch and promote the services, products, and solutions offered by the organization.

• Ensuring that the solutions have fulfilled requirements of the customers and they are well satisfied about it. 

• Lead, manage, and mentor entire sales team members.

• Guide, train, and educate the sales team members to build a strong department. 

• Setting individual sales team members targets/goals and push them to achieve.

• Ensure the CRM is properly updated on all deals and opportunities.

• Ensure the proper and timely documentation by the respective and responsible team members.

• Setup training, motivation, and encouragement sessions for the team members regularly.

• Taking care of the team members and help to resolve problems (if any) they face.

• Develop a well coordination between sales and pre-sales team members to create a solid teamwork.

• Submit/Report sales forecasts and achievements to upper management and respective OEM’s on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis.
