Role Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, working closely with the project management and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The Technical Lead will be responsible for full-cycle development of software and delivering it on-time. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the Technical Lead working primarily from our office located in Kathmandu, however flexible with some remote work when needed.

Qualifications

Experience in software development and delivery, with knowledge of both front-end (and back-end will be plus point) development
Expertise in one or more programming frontend languages and Libraries, such as React, Next
Experience with Test Driven Development (take full ownership of our code and its quality.)
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring developers
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a leadership role is preferred
