Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations of all our portfolios, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role involves frequent travel to various locations, interaction with different yatayat samiti, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage field operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities and project status.
6. Identify and resolve operational challenges and implement improvement strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Technical Background and sound knowledge of IT is a plus point.
3. Proven experience in field operations or a similar role.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
8. Willingness to travel frequently.
9. Should be able to work under pressure.
10. Must have driving license and two wheeler is a plus point.
11. At least 2 years of working experience.
