Job Description

The Operation Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, budget preparation, event management, and vendor liaison. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Handle event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for various services and products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the Operations Manager in various projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, financial management, or event management.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in liaising with vendors and managing contracts.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
