Job Description
The Operation Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, budget preparation, event management, and vendor liaison. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Handle event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for various services and products.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues that arise.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Support the Operations Manager in various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, financial management, or event management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in liaising with vendors and managing contracts.
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
