Job Title: Admin and Account Officer

Location: Bakundole, Lalitpur


Job Description:

Chaitanya Health and Wellness Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin and Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, stock management, billing entry, basic accounting functions, and more.


Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage general office administration duties, including overseeing front desk personnel, supervising other office staff, and managing office supplies.

- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for team members.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely distribution.

- Assist in organizing company events and other administrative projects as needed.

- Conduct roster management, including scheduling and organizing shifts for staff, ensuring adequate coverage, and managing time-off requests.


2. Stock Management:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

- Conduct daily verification of stock in and out, and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of stock.

- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with stock levels.


3. Bank and Cash Management:

- Manage bank and cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and banking activities.


4. Sales Entry Verification:

- Verify and accurately input sales entries into the system.

- Ensure consistency and accuracy in sales data recording.

5. Front Desk Tasks:

- Assist with front desk duties if required, including attending to visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries.


6. Any Task Assigned by Line Manager:

- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager that fall under the administrative and accounts section.


Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, stock management, billing entry, or basic accounting functions preferred.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Knowledge MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible working hours.
