Strategic Leadership

 Develop and communicate the company’s vision and mission.

 Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategies.

 Oversee all operational aspects of cement manufacturing, including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.

 Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

 Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Financial Management

 Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans.

 Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.

 Ensure financial sustainability and profitability.

Business Development

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansions.

 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

 Negotiate contracts and agreements. Corporate Governance

 Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement corporate policies and strategies.

 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
