Summary
The Data Analytics Manager provides analytical support to the Account team for client support. This position requires an in-depth understanding of US Healthcare data, encompassing a technical understanding of relevant EDI formats and subject matter knowledge of codes. Effective communication of complex technical issues with both non-technical account team members and client counterparts is a key aspect of this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure accurate client implementation
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and abstract up from low-level information to a standardized format
- Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all team members
- Be responsible for communication and resolution of clients' technical issues
- Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff over to maintenance clients
- Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates
- Monitor resource utilization
- Monitor the performance of resources
- Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team
- Perform additional related duties as necessary
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Over 3 years of experience in data, including either EDI-related or subject matter-related roles
- Experience with US Healthcare Data is an advantage
- Should initiate work processes and work diligently to ensure that the client's expectations are met
- Proficiency in SQL is essential
- Familiarity with cloud-based processing is beneficial
- Knowledge of Postgres/Redshift is advantageous, along with expertise in working with parsing tools
- Scripting in Python is a plus
- Effective communication skills in English are required
