Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department .
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
- Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on predetermined intervals.
- Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation.
- Processing Invoices.
- Timely preparation and submission of Vat Returns.
- Timely entry in VAT Register.
- Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies.
- Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations.
- Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements.
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit .
- Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks.
- Recording transactions from branches in Books of Accounts.
Job Specification
- BBA/BBS passed or studying in the final year.
- Pleasant personality with basic knowledge of computer & sales process.
- Valid two-wheel motor vehicle driving license.
