Job Description
- Direct and supervision of the account, finance, legal (Company registrar, udhyug bhibhag) regular works and taxation matters as part time consultant on weekly/fifteen days/monthly basis.
- Maintaining the books of accounts into System.
- Bank entries and reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Accounting entries of income, expenses receipts and Payments.
- VAT Consulting, checking purchases book and sales book, and filling VAT return per tax period as require.
- Monthly filling of returns and payment of Tax i.e: ETDS on monthly basis.
- Obtaining Tax Clearance
- Making file for obtaining tax clearance and obtained tax clearance certificate from respective tax office.
- Preparation of projected financial statement.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Should have knowledge of VAT & TAX system of Government
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google sheet & Doc
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Export accounting
- Organizational and time management skills.
