Job Description

Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and online platforms to promote and sell our machinery products.
Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to our sales strategies and protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and updates.
Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks or roles within the company as needed.

Job Specification

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG based).
Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
