Job Description
- Manage Finance, Accounts and Store Operations.
- Assist other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- Deal with internal audit, statutory audit, government inspections, and tax assessments.
- Ensure accurate costings of import materials and manufactured products.
- Prepare periodic Budgets, Targets, Financial Statements and monitor performance.
- Optimize cash flow management, capital allocation, and capital structure decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Take part in overall business planning and operational decisions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Experience with fund accounting and grant management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
