Job Description
- Oversees the daily operations of the front desk.
- Ensuring efficient and smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall service quality.
- Managing front desk employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
- Addressing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handling and resolving guest issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Digital Marketing, Account, content writing).
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing front desk inventory and supplies.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
