Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new property opportunities, generating leads, and providing top-notch consultation services to our clients. The role demands a self-motivated individual who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and driven to achieve personal and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify and pursue new property opportunities.
  • Generate and manage leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and properties.
  • Client Consultation and Relationship Management
  • Provide professional real estate consultation services to clients.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Property Showcasing and Marketing.
  • Conduct property showings to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Create engaging content to showcase properties through various media, including social media, video tours, and virtual reality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute property marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with the customer service and management teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve company processes and client satisfaction.

  • Reports to sales manager

Job Specification

 

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Freshers may apply but priority to Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
    • Experience with property marketing or client relationship management.
