Job Description
  • Make contacts with potential clients (i.e. Hospitals, clinics, doctors) to create new business opportunities
  • Make sales calls and follow-ups. 
  • Meet given sales targets and coordinate sales accordingly.
  • Understand all of the company’s products (medical equipment) and services. offerings and clearly communicate them to existing and prospective clients.
  • Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them to close the business deals.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze numbers.
  • Respond to the client's queries regarding the products in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between company and customers for stock requirements.
  • Ensure payment for goods dispatched to the customers is on time and on a regular basis.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Responsible for carrying out regular follow-ups and maintaining relationships with leads/key customers.
  • Assist the Senior Business Development Officer (BDO) while preparing the marketing & sales plan of the company.

  • Must have good analytical skill.
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and ability to handle work pressure.
  • Tactful, self-initiator, creative, and highly aggressive in meeting the Sales Target.
  • Soft-spoken, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Comfortable in making rigorous follow-ups and passionate about the sales job.
  • Competent and experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Should have to own two wheelers vehicle & valid driving license.
