Job Description

Job Summary:

The Health Assistant (HA) will support healthcare professionals by assisting with patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities. This role requires a compassionate individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and can handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

  • Assist in examining and treating patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including taking  Sample collection from office management.
  • Provide basic patient care, such as wound dressing, administering medication as directed, and monitoring patient conditions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage patient records and update information in electronic health systems.
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure that equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.

Support Healthcare Team:

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is coordinated and of high quality.
  • Handle phone inquiries, provide information to patients, and follow up on care instructions.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on healthcare practices and protocols.
  • Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Health Assistant (HA) with license or under attempt to take the license.
  • Any relevant healthcare certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care.

Working Area:

  •  Inside valley 

Working time: 

  • 7 am to 2 pm
