Job Title: AI Strategy Lead

Working Time: 7:15 PM to 4:15 AM (Night Shift, Onsite)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days a week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: CEO

Location: Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI Strategy Lead to drive our company’s AI transformation journey. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of AI tools, intelligent automations, and productivity solutions across all departments. As the central leader of our AI & Automation Champion network, you will enable teams to innovate responsibly, align on strategic priorities, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Define and refine the company-wide AI and automation roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify high-impact areas for AI integration across departments.
• Set KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead a network of departmental AI & Automation Champions across the organization.
• Facilitate collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and reuse of tools, automations, and frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads on how AI can solve business problems.

Implementation Oversight

• Evaluate and recommend AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT, internal AI agents).
• Partner with IT and Ops teams to support technical implementation and change management.
• Build light prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test automation ideas before scale.

Monitoring & Impact Measurement

• Create dashboards and reporting structures to track progress and usage across departments.
• Assess ROI, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction of implemented AI solutions.

Enablement & Adoption

• Develop internal documentation, training programs, and onboarding for Champions and users.
• Host internal webinars, demos, and success showcases to build excitement and awareness.
• Ensure responsible AI practices around data security, ethics, and governance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, automation, product management, or AI implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how AI can enhance them.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier), LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Preferred: Experience working in a matrix organization and mentoring technical/functional teams.
