One or Eight is a Sports Media & Broadcasting Company producing high-quality coverage, highlights, and original content around leagues, clubs, and events. From live broadcasts to digital media, we bring the game closer to the fans.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who’s comfortable working with sports footage and can turn raw clips into polished, broadcast-ready content. You’ll be working on match highlights, promos, and sports features for both broadcast and digital platforms. This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with our production and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Edit match footage, highlights, promos, and feature content for broadcast and social media.
Prepare quick-turnaround edits for live shows, replays, and post-match coverage.
Ensure edits maintain pace, energy, and excitement for sports audiences.
Work closely with producers and camera crew to deliver high-quality output.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Handle basic sound design, transitions, and motion graphics as needed.

Requirements

1–2 years of video editing experience (sports/broadcast experience strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in sports coverage.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced broadcast environments.
Passion for sports and media.
