- Handling calls and transferring them to the concerned.
- Answering general enquiries if any.
- In case of leave of your co-worker, take the proper handover of work/ assignments/ regular responsibilities to complete the task with appropriate team spirit.
- Report any issue/ personnel on duty that requires urgent attention.
- Prioritize the protocol issued by top management
- Guest handling and relations, and escort the VIPs to the designated place.
- Maintain cleanliness around the reception and front office premises.
- Supervising and monitoring housekeeping staff on the ground floor.
- Meeting rooms – scheduling, making booked arrangements, and facilitating special requests for planned meetings
- Co-ordination with service staff and security for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and the standard of the organization from the front office.
- Receive and allocate the proper assets to their proper place. Maintain daily logs.
- Daily periodic rounds as assigned and instruct to curb out any deviation. Report for any non-adherence.
B. Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's in Management Completed (BBA/BBS/BBM)
- 2-3 Years of Experience
- Fluent Communication Skills (English/ Nepali/ Hindi)
- Good Lead in MS Office (PowerPoint/ Office / Excel)
