A. Job Description

  • Handling calls and transferring them to the concerned.
  • Answering general enquiries if any.
  • In case of leave of your co-worker, take the proper handover of work/ assignments/ regular responsibilities to complete the task with appropriate team spirit.
  • Report any issue/ personnel on duty that requires urgent attention.
  • Prioritize the protocol issued by top management
  • Guest handling and relations, and escort the VIPs to the designated place.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the reception and front office premises.
  • Supervising and monitoring housekeeping staff on the ground floor.
  • Meeting rooms – scheduling, making booked arrangements, and facilitating special requests for planned meetings
  • Co-ordination with service staff and security for smooth operations.
  • Maintain discipline, decorum, and the standard of the organization from the front office.
  • Receive and allocate the proper assets to their proper place. Maintain daily logs.
  • Daily periodic rounds as assigned and instruct to curb out any deviation. Report for any non-adherence.


B. Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's in Management Completed (BBA/BBS/BBM)
  • 2-3 Years of Experience
  • Fluent Communication Skills (English/ Nepali/ Hindi)
  • Good Lead in MS Office (PowerPoint/ Office / Excel)
